Well, looks like Ted got caught in King Brian’s trap. ;)

Brian really does have control over everything now. Ted really was his one problem. By getting everyone to vote Ted out, now Brian has an easy route to the end, but who does he take with him?

It looks like everything is sort of hinged on the next immunity challenge. It could really make a difference as to who gets voted out. Duh! ;) Seriously though, I think Jan is next on the block. She only really has Helen to count on at the moment and Brian can sway both Helen and Clay without much effort. Of course, Clay would probably rather get rid of Helen, but he might be willing to get rid of Jan first and then try to get to the end with Brian. Maybe. ;)

All in all, if I were in the final four right now, I think I’d be trying to figure out some way to get rid of Brian. He has too much control. Of course, if I were in the final four, I may not be able to see that depending on how well he really does hide what he’s doing.

Well, it all comes to an end next week. Good thing too. I need to stop watching so much TV on Thursday nights!

Episode 9

Well, Penny was sort of predictable. Ok, so maybe it was more of a 50/50 between her and Jake but you knew one of them was going.

I think Jake is on his last legs though. He lucked out this time because I think Ted might have convinced the ladies to vote for Penny. It’s sort of wierd though that Clay was the only one (other than Penny) that voted for Jake. I wonder if that means there’s something else going on behind the scenes that Ted is sort of running.

Hmmm.

If not, Ted needs to wake up. He’s got way too much blind faith in his group. He hasn’t clued in that alliances get broken. Soft Core Porn Guy is playing both sides and Clay is just running every which way to sweet talk anyone who will listen.

I’m thinking it’s about time for Jan to go. She’s been able to sort of slide under all the crap but I think it’s time to end. All the active players (like Jake, Clay and SCPG) have sort of forgotten about the two women. I wouldn’t be surprised to see those two end up in at the end just because everyone else forgot about them.

Oh well. There’s still not a whole lot going on now. That last reward challenge was nasty though. Making them pick a partner on the spot or get knocked out? Damn! And the whole wall climb thing too. Crazy. If Ted doesn’t think about that a little more, he might be off of the Island before Jake!

Episode 8

Looks like it’s over for the former Sook Jai people. I think Jake got sucked in by Clay and it’s quite obvious that Clay and the gang have full control.

So what happens now? Well, unless Jake or Penny can win immunity, they are gone. Even if one of them wins immunity, the other can easily be voted off. Oh well.

So this show was quite boring. There’s nothing going on to make it interesting anymore. No T&A, no controversy, no fighting. Boring. ;)

I guess we’ll just wait and see if they do anything to spice it up soon.

Episode 7

Poor Erin. :(

Well, this show was sort of boring. The immunity challenge was interesting though. First thing I thought of when the host guy mentioned that some people might only last a couple seconds was why not just hold your breath? Most people should have been able to get at least 30 seconds by just holding their breath. Oh well.

Too bad for Erin though. Those four were actually the best of the bunch from that tribe. Too bad they lost the immunity.

The whole merged but not merged tribes thing is really wierd. It must make it much more difficult to work on any sort of strategy. Of course, that might not be a problem.

I hope something interesting happens soon though. This Survivor is getting really boring now. It was only mildly interesting when the whole Ghandia/Ted thing was going on. Yet I still can’t stop watching it. Gack!

Episode 6

Wow, I forgot all about writing something on this show. Well, I didn’t actually watch much of it. We were at a friends place and only got to see bits and pieces near the end.

Looks like the producers wanted to mix things up a bit this time. Well, sort of. Idon’t think Shi was going to make it through another vote anyways. She was slated to be next unless something major happened with someone else.

We’ve already seen that the tribes vote people off based on stuff that happened in the first couple days. Firefighter chick got voted off that way. She had really come around and started being social but it was too little too late.

Well, now I don’t know what is going to happen. It’s pretty boring now with everyone interesting gone. The remaining people are all sort of dull and boring. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens this week. Presumably a merge is coming now.
